That’s right…you wish you were here.  And most of us only dream of ever getting to travel this far.  The French Polynesia is in the middle of the South Pacific Ocean which makes it even more special because of its remoteness to the rest of the world.  I found that the best way to get around the island is by scooter.  Driving along the perimeter, you cannot help but notice the pristine beaches dotted with coconut palm trees.  Take a walk in the water and you may even find some black pearls inside oysters.  The landscape is breathtaking and all around the island you can see the majestic mountains.  Moorea has amazing views from the top of these mountains.  So make sure you have enough space on your digital camera to take pictures because you will be going snappy happy!
