Ecuador has very much significance to me. It’s where my parents were born and raised and it’s where my roots are located. I was born and raised in the United States and have only visited Ecuador twice to visit my grandparents and long distant relatives. This time I wanted to visit the country without any family distraction. So I booked my trip unannounced and made my way through Ecuador, exploring the pristine nature and quaint villages as well as beautiful cities like the capital Quito.
